More Hits

Well I figured out how to generate hits for my blog. Use the terms Ashlee Simpson and boo in a post. I did that Tuesday night and it generated 250 hits on my blog the next day. 150 hits yesterday. How cool is that? Sadly I was back down to a more normal 14 hits today. Ah well. It can’t last forever.

U2

How huge is U2? They’re premiering they’re new video (for All Because Of You) during the half time show of the National Championship game. Forget MTV. This is being shown to millions as I type this. Way to go U2.

Ashlee Simpson

Ashlee Simpson is singing during the halftime of the Fed Ex Orange Bowl in a few minutes. I wonder if there will be any more music snafu’s ala the SNL mess up a few weeks ago. Kelley Clarkson was up first. They had a problem with her mike. Maybe it was intentional to prove that she was singing live and not lipsynching. And here’s Ashlee. So far so good. Darn. I was looking forward to a good laugh. Oh well. Kudos to her for doing this live performance after the Saturday Night Live debaucle. That takes guts. She still sucks though. Hahaha! The fans in the stadium just boo’d her when she finished her song. That’s funny. Not as funny as a mess up but still funny.

Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year everybody. It’s 2005. That means I’ve been out of high school 10 years. June 9th will be 10 years exactly. My how time flies. I feel old. The New Year’s party was a blast. I didn’t feel lonely at all. Only thought of Mariah a few times here and there. It would have been nice to have someone to kiss at the stroke of Midnight but all in all I can’t complain.

As I do with the dawning of each new year I wonder what this one has in store for us. Hopefully no more major earthquakes killing hundreds of thousands people. An end to the war in Iraq (crossing my fingers on that one). We’ll just have to wait and see. Good night everybody. Peace. I’m out.
